Fries weren't in the bag, the bag and everything in the bag were covered with sauce.. except the wings. All bags and boxes ruined and soaked with sauce that didn't manage to make it to the WINGS. An impressive show of incompetence. Unfortunately you can't put a video, this location is dismal.

The food is always great. Love the sauce options. Tried the pizza sticks one time. It was pretty much pizza toppings on breadsticks. Not great, but still good. I normally get it to go around lunch time and it's usually not busy and I'm out quick. One of my favorite places to eat

My family and I visited the Santee location today and really enjoyed it. They were pretty busy for a weekday afternoon. We were helped fairly quickly and received excellent customer service from a cashier named Muhammad. He was friendly and very personable. The dining room was clean, the utensils/drink supplies were well stocked and patio area seemed well maintained. The wait for the food did not seem very long and everything came out steaming hot and tasted amazing. The woman that brought our food (didn't catch her name) was very nice and asked if she could get anything else for us. We ordered a chicken strip family pack, fries and a pizza and everything was delicious. The breadsticks were light, fluffy and garlicky. Even the ranch and blue cheese dips were good. Muhammad came and checked on us while we were eating and even offered to refill my drink. I was very impressed with the service considering the restaurant is more or less "fast food." We will definitely be back.

My favorite wing place! Limited selection on the menu, allowing them to perfect their wings. Robust wing seasoning. Breadsticks are soft and delicious. A delightful treat is the cinnamon bites.

One of the best places to order chicken wings/tenders. They have a multitude of choices in sauce or seasoning. The establishment is beautiful inside and outside. This specific location has a patio fireplace which is very home style and comfortable. Definitely a MUST visit ❣️❣️❣️

Overall rating was on the quality of food. Sauce was expected to be mild, it was definitely not as a family member suffered afterwards with reflux (and only does so if food is too spicy). Unfortunately, bread sticks were stale which has been a major draw in the past. Santee Epic Wings has gone down several notches in future dining considerations.

I've been eating at wings n things/epic wings for 10 years and this was the first time ive come to this location...this was by far the BEST wings, stips amd breadsticks ive ever had. Honestly, it was unbelievable. Im not sure if its because I visited close to the time they opened or not, but everyone should try this!!
